We're concrete patchers. Most of our work is engaged on a day rate — you give us the defects, we bring the crew, the plant and the materials, and we rectify them. We also price fixed-scope contracts and precast post-erection packages when that suits the job better.

Three ways in. Most jobs use the first.

You don't need a locked scope before we can start. If the defect list is still growing, the day rate is the shortest path — and there's no variations argument at the end of it.

How most of our work runs

Day-rate remedial works

You give us the defects, we bring the crew, the plant and the materials, and we rectify them. Our crews are skilled concrete patchers, and we call the methodology — which repair mortar, whether a patch takes a fairing coat, how a Class 2 finish blends back to AS 3610. That's the part you're actually paying for.

When the scope is defined

Fixed-scope contract

Where the defect list is settled and measurable: we walk the area, mark up what's in and out, and come back with a written price and stated exclusions.

Once the panels are up

Post-erection packages

Dry packing, grouting, caulking and patching of cast-in items — plates, grout tubes, lifters and ferrules — priced per panel, per level or per grid.

What we do

Everything that happens after the pour.

We're not a concreter. We're called in when what's been poured doesn't match what was drawn. Commercial and high-end domestic.

Off-form & Class 2 patching

Soffits, columns and walls patched and brought back to a consistent surface — blowholes, tie holes, honeycombing and formwork defects.

Facade patching

Repair and finishing to exposed facade elements at height, working off scaffold, swing stage or boom.

Geometry correction

Out-of-plumb panels, twisted columns and bowed walls built out or cut back to plumb, with chamfers reinstated and the finish reapplied.

Concrete cutting & coring

Saw cutting and core drilling where the services, joints or openings need to go — and making good around them afterwards.

Precast & panel repair

Post-erection patching of cast-in items, custom detail work using our own 3D-printed profile tools, and reinstating brick tiles onto panels.

Worked example

Out of plumb, back to plumb.

This column came to us tilted and twisted. We built it out a maximum of 50mm on one side, cut back on the other, reinstated the chamfers and reapplied the concrete finish. It reads plumb now.

That's the kind of thing that lands on us: a defect that looks like a demolition job until someone who patches concrete every day has a proper look at it.

Architectural finishes

The repair is the easy half. The finish is the job.

Anyone can fill a hole. The work is getting the whole element reading as one surface again — texture, colour and sheen consistent across a soffit, a facade or a feature stair, so the eye travels over it instead of stopping on it.

Sample first: on finish-critical work we'll do a control sample on site and get it signed off before we touch the rest — so everyone agrees what the finish will look like up close, before there's a whole level of it. It's the cheapest hour on the job.
